Come be part of historic preservation and downtown revitalization by making your next stay in Hot Springs at THE B INN. Until we achieve our goal of being a fully operational health resort, we offer very clean nicely furnished suites and rooms with great views of downtown and the National Park in the attached inn to help finance our project. Because we are not a fully renovated property, we do not offer some of the same amenities as a full service inn. If you are looking for the perfect bed and breakfast experience or for full service luxury, we may not be the inn for you, but if you are looking for a unique experience full of history and character with very clean and very affordable rooms you will love THE B INN. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
