Staybridge Suites in Hot Springs is situated on beautiful Lake Hamilton, just minutes from downtown. This extended stay hotel is close to area businesses including Xerox, Alcoa, AT&T and Coca-Cola, and provides a home away from home for guests. very good experience
The highlight is the breakfast. Lots of options and fresh strawberries. The afternoon social is the best. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. It's convenient to Hot Spring. Kids love to stay in the pool and hot spa.

Beautiful place
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, safe, with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for repairs/maintenance, which didn't bother me but may have been disappointing for others.

Love get away
The 2 night stay was BAD ! They had spiders in 2 room we were taken out of room 309 and put in room 411. Both rooms had spiders. Never again will we return to this hotel. Service was bad, Kristin Gansky/Maggie Nunez the managers acted as if I was lying. She sent a guy up to see if there were spiders in the room. I took pictures of them in both rooms crawing on the wall. Sleep I didn't get looking for the spiders.

My wife and I have stayed in a few hotels for anniversary trips, and this is definitely one of our favorites. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They acted as if they actually wanted to come to work and give good customer service. That's rare to find these days. We didn't even get the most expensive room available, and it was clean, spacious and comfortable with a nice view over Lake Hamilton. The kitchenette, couch and shower made It feel like we were staying in someone's nice studio apartment. We wanted to enjoy the theater room downstairs, but it was always full (first come first serve)...however, we still had the the DVD in the room. That came in handy. Can't forget the breakfast! The kitchen staff worked so diligently to make sure everything was fully stocked and fresh. You would think that some of these things are basic and should be featured everywhere...but they're not. We weren't going to check-out of this place until we left some good feedback for travelers. If you want a nice, reasonably priced place to stay in Hot Springs, this is it. We're coming back from Louisiana with another couple soon.

Extras: Ablution Day Spa and the local eateries were great. Blue Monkey Grill had a nice Latin fusion to it, and Scoops Ice Cream was AWESOME. All located within 5 minutes of the hotel (Central Ave).

This is a fantastic hotel close to everything Extremely clean and very friendly staff We also enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor swimming pool which makes this a great place to spend the weekend. Very family oriented. We also enjoyed the thanksgiving complimentary desserts and wine. The view is incredible A+++

Felt right at home
Room keyes kept getting erased eventhough we kept separate from electronics. Breakfast very good, eggs tend to be very flakey and small pieces and no bacon while we wee there. America needs it bacon! LOL Otherwise, loved it and the room.

30 min. drive, Go later afternoon and plan to stay after dark so you get to see everything lit up. We went early and could not get my girls to stay or go back later to see the lights, hiked all day.

Nice and comfortable place. The room was clean and the staff is great. The hotel is well kept and seems relatively new. The night we came in they served free appetizers, wine, and beer. The breakfast was basic but good. Would stay there again.

comfortable stay
My wife and I stayed one nigh. We reserved the room through one of the discount sites. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel looks fairly new. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It is located at the edge of town so it takes few minutes to get to the center of town by car. They offer a decent breakfast buffet. Can't say much about the immediate surroundings since we came in the evening and left early morning. We would definitely stay there again.
