Needs work
I went here as they said they had been renovated in the last two years. Asked for queen beds; got two full size beds. Sink had no stopper. Hair dryer did not work Bathrom was tight. Found a roach in the room the morning we were leaving. Location was easy to find on SR 70, but far from Bathhouse Row. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

Disgustingly dirty. Huge dead roach in the bathroom
First thing I noticed was how dirty the sheets, bedding, walls, mirrors, tub, bathroom floor etc was. Stains on all of the above, and greeted to the sight of a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom. Walls were so thin I could hear people on both sides of us any time there were on the phone. I WORE MY FLIP FLOPS IN THE SHOWER IF THAT TELLS YOU HOW BAD IT WAS.

Great Weekend Getaway
The Hotel is nice and clean. It is very close to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls parks. We spent the day at the parks, and then checked into the Hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, and they were helpful with directions and suggestions. An overall good experience and weeeknd!!!

Good hotel for the price
The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Nothing real fancy, but comfortable and great value.

good place to stay
stayed in the hotel for 5 days. i think it's a good place to stay for the price. staff was very friendly and had no problems wih the room. would have liked to see an exercise room there and they said they were considering putting one in soon.

Great Renovation
We went to Hot Springs for a weekend at the races. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was at the Red Roof Inn. Normally we would have stayed at a pricier hotel to insure a nice room, but this was the only room available for our last minute planning. This motel has been recently renovated. I can't complain about anything! We had a non-smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all. The continental breakfast was great. Had a great time!

Surprised
I usually stay at expensive hotels and since they were all booked when I planned to visit Hot Springs I took a chance on this hotel. I wasn't expecting much, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. And the price was half of what I normally spend. I will keep this hotel in mind next time I visit Hot Springs.

they did not understand what you say and you could not talk to them very well and had no clue how to run a hotel it was very nasty and the hotel was under construction very bad experance

Poorly Maintained Room
The Rodeway Inn Hot Springs was a very poorly maintained facility. Our room had huge patches in the rug, the toilet handle had to be held down and the bathroom sink did not drain causing it to overflow. While someone was there cleaning the pool the morning of our departure, the pool had not been maintained and it's water was a disgusting green color.
