horrible!
We booked a room with a jakuzi to get a dirty room with giant roaches in the trash can. The tv was a small 20 inch and wasn't on a stand high enough to see off the bed. The bed was comfy though. It was very hot outside but no pool was open. All together, I won't be staying there again!

Weekend getaway
Was told that room would be ready at 2:00. Get there at 1:45, was told it would be another 30-45 minutes and the maid was going to lunch. If I hadn't already paid, I would have gone elsewhere!!

Room was ok. Blow dryer and electrical plug was in the bathroom not by the mirror & sink so you had to leave the bathroom door open to run the cord to the sink area. The ice machine door is locked until 8:00 am so if you drink cold drinks in the morning instead of coffee you are out of luck. The TV was small, no microwave. If you are looking for a clean bed and shower for a decent price this place will work. I was in town for business so it worked for me.

Great after a few kinks were worked out.
This hotel was wonderful for the price. The breakfast wasn't big but was still good. Had to contact Orbitz to straighten out problems with hotel trying to re-bill me but was quickly resolved and had a wonderful stay. Had a balcony on the room and it was nice to just sit and relax. Would stay at again.

Really enjoyed our stay!
Our goal was to give my granddaughter a fun experience before starting back to school.This hotel was really nice for the price; very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Hot Springs Observation Tower and T-Rex indoor mini-golf. We also had a good experience at the Mid-America Museum.

My friend, my granddaughter and I all enjoyed the comedy/magic act at the Ray Lynn theater in downtown Hot Springs.

the room was comfortable enough.. although we found it odd that there were not any liners in the trash cans... overall the room was adequate for the price charged. We go to Hot Springs a couple times a year to relax

there are lots of things to see and do in hot springs.. shopping is nice lots of quaint shops downtown.. super dining,beautiful site for the entire family

I enjoyed my stay at KInights Inn. It was a short drive from town. The clerk at the desk was very nice in trying to help us find our way around town.

my family had a great time! we went horse back riding om joplin; saw the magic show with maxwell blade, hottub retreat and experienced fine dining; especially at Haciendas!!
