Relaxation and comfort abound at new all-suites Hot Springs hotel
Built in 2009, the Comfort Suites Hot Springs is conveniently located close to many Hot Springs attractions, including the convention center, Lake Hamilton, shopping, restaurants and the Hot Springs National Park. Hotel amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast, free high-speed Internet access, and an indoor pool and whirlpool. Also on-site are a 24-hour fitness room and a business center. Comfort Inn Suites Hot Springs
Excellent facility; rooms were big and easy to access. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get around HS from here.

The hotel was great. It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. When [...] charged my credit card without permission, the staff worked with me and [...] to get the situation corrected. They handled our group of Girl Scouts and their families well. The breakfast staff worked very hard and kept the food replenished. Our stay was very pleasant.

Wow!!!!!
The rooms are amazingly comfortable, beautiful and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were so comfortable that is was truly hard to get out of bed!! We will come back stay here time after time. Awesome experience in hospitality and services. Five stars all the way!

New facility; very nice
We had planned to visit in Hot Springs next week during the spring school break our original plan was to visit my aged mother and do some sightseeing. However, my mother passed away this week and we had to change plans. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to change with no charge. The location was perfect for the events that we needed to attend. My grandson tried out the indoor pool and said it was nice.

Great hotel
Our experience was great. The hotel is nice and new. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It is conveniently located to shopping and to nice dining. We were in town for a concert at the Summit Arena.
