Comfort Inn & Suites

My wife and I went to the Horse Races we made our motel reservations through [...]and everything worked as planned.

great location...but beware, it's hard to see...small signage! Very clean room and exceptionally nice and helpful desk staff. At times the room felt somewhat damp, but may just be from the local humidity...not sure. It wasn't enough to consult the front desk, only enough to be noticed. Hot Springs is a great place to relax and this hotel is a great place to stay!

My husband and I were very impressed not only with the service but with everything else. We had read the reviews and basically that was one of the major reasons why we chose this hotel. Check in was a breeze and they were very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean and even when we would walk out of our room my husband would comment on how clean it looked & smelled, no grime in the room coffee pot, even though we didn't use it, very quiet and the location was great because we were between downtown and the lake so we really didn't have to go far away from the hotel. Everything was nearby. We didn't go to the swimming pool but it looked nice & clean. One night as we were arriving, it was after mid night, my husband was reaching in his pocket to get his card to swipe it for the door to open and the lady behind the counter beat him to it. She let us in and told us that she had seen him trying to get the card out of his pocket and so she just let us in. Usually nobody is behind the counter in other places.Great breakfast buffett!!! We thought that we were only going to see just a few pieces of bread and the usual coffee, orange juice and milk. No siree!! They had milk, orange juice, coffee, donuts, white and wheat bread, waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, buscuits & gravy, & all of the condiments! When we go back to Hot Springs Arkansas, we'll definitely go back to this hotel & anywhere else? Comfort Inn & Suites will be!

While visiting this hotel, I somewhat enjoyed my stay because I had a clean place to stay overnight. I was kind of dissappointed because @ the last Comfort Inn hotel on Nash St., we had a refridgerator & microwave in our room for about the same price! My family and I weren't always in our hotel room because we were out exploring the city throughout the day! But when we did return to our hotel room @ night, the neighbors were unbearably noisy! When breakfast time came, their were like 1,000 people in the lobby, we almost couldn't get off the elevator!! There was not enough food nor tables! We had to wait minutes at a time for the food and juice to arrive?? The kitchen staff was nice but slow! We couldn't really enjoy our food bc either it was cold or we had to wait for it. We arrived to the lobby really early about 7a-7:30am & thought we would be able to enjoy, but it didn't turn out like that! We were excited that they had sausage on the menu!!! Wow!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, courteous, and informative. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The room was clean. The breakfast was meatless but still good and nutritious.

The only thing that really could have been better was to have a frige in the room, everything else from the pool, hot bfast, and early check-in I couldn't see any room for improvment.

our kids loved the pool. we asked for extra washcloths the first night and the next night when we got back to our room, there were already extra washcloths. the complimentary breakfast was really nice. we had a great experience.
