Unwind at Hot Springs lakefront resort
Clarion Resort on the Lake in Hot Springs is perched on the shores of beautiful Lake Hamilton. Guests enjoy the lakeside outdoor pool, a volleyball court, a picnic area and a playground. There is also a boat ramp/docks with seasonal boat rentals. Additional hotel amenities include complimentary high-speed Internet access, a business center and an on-site restaurant and sports bar. Horrible hotel!!
When I got there I got made fun of by some drunk guys in the lobby and the staff just let it continue to happen. I am an 18 year old girl and these guys were like 30. it took an hour just to get in the room. When I got to the room the bathroom had hair and urine all over the floor and there were blood stains all over the bed, fresh blood stains. The carpet made my feet black when I walked around bare foot. The mini fridge was broken. The over all experience was just terrible. I will never stay here again, I suggest that others don't as well.

Great Location
My family very much enjoyed this resort and we will be returning very soon. I advise you to visit during the summer though, because the lake where you rent boats and the pool was closed. But the stay way still great and there was plenty things to do all very close. All staff was helpful and friendly. The resort was clean and neat. Plus the Thursday live music was great and free.

In Hotel
I would advise every family to attend the magic show on Central, it was very clean and funny entertainment for all ages.

Awesome room
Super fast check in and out. Right on the lake with a balcony. The beds were wonderful. We will definately be staying here again and again.

book cheaper directly thru hotel
When we arrived at hotel, the desk clerk was on phone giving out price that was $5.00/night cheaper than what we had booked [...] Great start, right? It is an old hotel, but they had updated rooms (though the furniture was cheap and ugly). No smells, no dirt, no holes. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The air conditioner was cold. All rooms appear to have a view of lake--though some include view of bridge and others don't.

NIce for the price

Clarion Resort On the Lake
Good resort, clean, good location, rooms were good condition and clean. The resort is showing wear on the outside of building, and elevators. Although this may not affect accomodations it does affect those who drive by when compared to newer resorts. It's curb appeal issue.

Lakeside Getaway
The hotel is in a great location. The view of the lake is exceptional. The pool was wonderful and big enough that children and adults could enjoy it. The TV in the room was very small and positioned on one side of the room. It was hard to see from the other bed. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others. The beds were comfortable and having a fridge was very convenient.
