Great Stay!!!
We stayed here on our way to Nashville so it was only for one night but the check in was VERY easy, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room of Lake Hamilton was beautiful. I recommend the balcony/lake view room. The room was very quite and clean. This hotel is very close to town for dining and shopping.

Hot Springs the Baymont
The hotel was nice and clean. We love the view of the lake. The only thing that could have been better was not waiting so long on the elevator.

If you can take a motorcycle. You will find parking in the most crowded shopping areas and have easy access.

Internet was down
The hotel stay was wonderful until the last day of our trip. The internet was down earlier in the morning and I called the fron desk for help. I was told they were fixing it. By the evening, the internet was still down and the front desk even did not know it. I was told about three minutes later that the internet was up. I tried and it did not work. I called later in the evening and was told that the service provider could not fix it. Hurray! I know that it is not the staff's problem but the hotel should have chosen a better provider.

Great Stay!
This hotel is at the fringes of town, low traffic noise, very quiet, yet still very close to amenities. We requested a room with a balcony & the view was fantastic. We came on business & the breakfast was good too.

Overnight vacaton travel for two
Good value. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate but average. Staff was helpful and friendly.

"My Stay At The Bay"
First time trip to Hot Springs! Enjoyed experience.....hotel close enough to business district to get whatever you need, but far away enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet anniversary.

Not a good value
The rooms were too small for family of 3 (for the price). Our view was of the parking lot. Would have been nice to view the lake. Room was clean. Furnishings were ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice.
