Good Stay
Room was good and clean with the heat already turn on in the room and good thing because it was windy and cold! Walking distance to the track which will save you between 10 and 20 dollars to park you car otherwise.

location is perfect...
I was in hot springs to see family in the hospital there, and i visited oaklawn gaming while i was there. the value inn was located right on the main highway thru town, i was able to find everything easily. the fellow who checked me in was very, although it was very late, was very polite, and explained all the ends and out quite well. the room was a good size and it was fairly clean. there was only a stand up shower, no bathtub.

Served The Purpose
I was in town for the bike rally. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. As long as the place is not nasty, the air works good, there is hot water, and the staff is not rude, then I am happy. Very close to where I had to work. The price was fair compared to everywhere else in town. Don't have any complaints.

The hotel was the worst part of the trip!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It diffinetly wasn't as the pictures online described. There is no hot tub, the rooms are super small, very plain jane. And breakfast well I seen the hotel worker putting ice in the milk to keep it cold without wearing gloves. yuck! variety wouldnt hurt!

Whole Hog Cafe is the best BBQ I've ever ate! Get a map of the area and make plans before you start your day or you'll spend most of your time back tracking!

Bad customer service
Had a medical emergency, so unable to complete our trip to Hot Springs. Once it was determined that we were unable to continue our trip; I was unable to call hotel because I was "out of network"-by the time I reach a land line to borrow to call hotel-12:30 or 12:45--they indicated that no refund could be given. Just what I needed to hear--first the medical situation, then no cell service, then be told I needed to pay $80 for a room that we were unable to use do to situations beyond our control.

Just Passing Through
Not what I was hoping for!
The hotel was very old and the bed was equally as old feeling. It felt like a flash back to 1970. The one positive thing is that is was clean.

Magic springs
Room was very clean and staff was polite and helpful. We had an awesome time at mGic springs 6 minute drive from hotel. The hotel is located on central blvd ( everything is on that street) red lobster, bowling alley, movies, walmart, peelings, the race track is one block down. Excellent location. Will definedly stay there again. Plus they have discounted tickets for magic springs. The breakfast was not so great cereal, coffee, toast, and two other pastries.
