We needed to change rooms as the first one was very noisy from a fan running in the wall. The bathroom is very old--the tub especially!! There was virtually nothing healthy on the so called continental breakfast bar. The young lady at the desk was really the only good thing about the stay.

Unhappy customer
A big mistake.
My fiancee and I made a huge mistake staying at this hotel. The hotel is right next to a night club! The rooms are not very clean. We had to argue with a staff member to receive extra clean towels. The bathroom tub drainage system would back up. There was a ironing board in the room but no iron. The breakfast at this hotel was simply a joke. If you are staying for more than one night, you must accept the housekeeping service when it is offered to you or you are out of luck. If you are thinking about staying here, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10-15 and stay somewhere else.

Poor quality
When we arrived our room was not ready then we were given another room that had such a horrible smell it gave us both a migraine. Then the stff came up to our room said they did not smell anything but agreed to move us to another room that smelled just not as bad. The bathroom was not very clean and the only nice staff was the woman being trained to work at that location.

The historic part of town is great learned alot about Fort Smith and has a great park and exibit explaining the history of the town.
