Not always, "you get what you pay for."

The property location was excellence, receptionist very outgoing and friendly. But for the price of a double occup. and no shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, it wasnt worth the total fee. They could go without the microwave, and mini fridge and throw the amenities.

Had to pay for WiFi.

The motel was cheaper than others in the same area, but does not offer free wifi. Wifi for 24 hours is $2.99, which should be free.

Nervous

We were 2 sisters traveling together & spent one night at Motel 6 in Ft. Smith, AR. The motel was easily accessed from I-540. The room was clean, if small. One bed was completely blocking the air conditioner & had to be moved for the room to cool. There was a large gap between the door & the door facing, large enough to see through. There were large truck & farm equipment in the parking lot that made parking difficult. Some of the residents were outside our door most of the night, drinking, smashing bottles, talking loud, laughing loud, smoking. With the gap at the side of the door, ALL of this came right into our room. Even with the locks & a chair wedged beneath the door knob, we both felt unsafe & barely slept at all. It was a very uncomfortable night & neither of us will ever stay there again.
