Nice quiet location
It was nice, overall friendly. For the price? I think there could have been a bit more amenities; however free breakfast was good, except there was no peanut butter (which I love!) I would stay again, but would like a bit cheaper rate. Also would be nice if there was a bar in the hotel as well. Thanks!

I was there for 2 nights on business. I had a problem with the deadbolt not working properly and they had it fixed before I got back from my meeting. Very good service and breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean and pleasant.

I stayed at the hotel because Delta cancelled my afternoon flight. [...] There was a resturant approximately 1/4 mile away and breakfast was provided by the hotel. It was very quiet, comfortable, and the hotel shuttle me to the airport very early the next morning to catch my flight.

Good place to rest
Great, but last night a lady from the hotel was cooking something and the fire alarm went off. Dificult to sleep at 4:00 AM.

Mother and daughter weekend getaway
My daughter and I visited Fort Smith for a bridal shower, hence we spent quite a bit of time in the room catching up on our sleep. We found the beds and bedding quite comfortable. The staff gave us good directions to the Country Club where the shower was held.

Family Friendly in Quiet neighborhood
The Holiday Inn Ft. Smith was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. Great place to stay!

The hotel was very nice. The only problem was a slow drain in the bathtub. I mention it ot the staff and they were aware of it but it wasn't fixed the same day.
