Friendly Staff, Economical & Good Location
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated and the room was a little musty smelling BUT the locations was good & the room was very clean. The "WIRELESS" availability is "nill". AT 1:00AM I went to the lobby to use the "hard wired" hotel computer and a guest (looking very weary) was on it. They told me they hadn't been able to get on line from their room either. When they relinquished the computer for my use the computer was sooooooooooooo slow I couldn't believe it. (Probably a virus) On another note, the hotel serves delicious cookies at 5:00P. Every staff person was professional, courteous and genuinely seemed to like working there ;-)

one night stay
We found that this hotel was a great price for a one night stay in Fort Smith. We basically used it only to sleep and get ready the next morning. The room was very good sized for the three of us. One problem I had was that we supposed to have gotten a non-smoking room and about the middle of the night I woke up to the worst stale cigarette smoke smell. I didn't notice this smell when we got to the room so the mattress must have been holding this odor. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. I guess both can be expected since we only paid $59 for the room. I didn't mention to the staff since were leaving the next day anyway.

great location, decent price
hotel was close to mall, did some shopping etc. location allows for fairly easy access to a lot of town, room was for the most part pretty clean, bathroom floor was sticky and there was some cobwebs on ceiling but that has happened in my home as well. breakfast was excellent, the room was very adequate. i would use this hotel again if i came back.

In Hotel
there are a lot of shopping places within minutes of a drive as well as great places to eat, movie theaters.

I aske you for Non Smoking room and you book a smoking room without my approval bad jugdment on your bussnes practice. The hotel management change my room with a small bed and chrged the same price. I will never use youe services or recommended any one to used it. It looks that you willdo anything to make a profit, I rather lose a ltter money and not a customer.

Good place to stop. Good value too.
The rooms were clean. Nice comfy bed after a long drive. The staff was very nice and helpful. A plus was the waffle machine in the lobby. Not the ritz but definitely worth the money.

i was planing on staying for 1 night but due to the snow storm i had to stay extra day. they were very kind to make that adjustment for me.

Nice for the Price
Tought at first it was going to be kinda crummy but after we got to the room it was really nice and clean. Breakfast was really good also. I will stay there again when im in Ft. Smith.
