Good for sleeping only.
Only if you want a place to lay your head. Close to the mall. One desk chair is only place to sit besides beds. No continental breakfast. Our door did not seal well, could hear traffic. Plus you could see light thru the bottom of door. Beds where comfortable.

Did anyone ever visit this place?
Their computer server was down, so we waited an extra 20 minutes for them to try to fix. The manager was virtually unintelligible as he tried to explain the problem. "His assistant" just shrugged and smiled. We came back after dinner to try again. We were charged the wrong price. When we got to our room, it smelled like mold. Glad it was just my son and I... can't imagine what my wife would have said.

We lived thru it!!
Worst hotel EVER!! Peep hole in door was missing, just a hole in the door. In the door that didn't lock. Old and creaky. Parking lot was party grounds NEVER AGAIN!!

a depressing hotel room
the hotel is old and had holes in the drapes and cigarette burns on the blanket. the room was musty smelling and the shower wasn't clean. the floors were uneven and the carpet needed updating. on the plus side, the cable tv was good.

Great value
Motel 6 Fayetteville, AR is a reasoably priced place to stay. The room was clean and roomy,the staff was very friendly and the motel overall was very well maintained. There's wide variety of places to eat close by.
