Days Inn Eureka Springs

Brown stains of I don't even want to know the origin on 6 mattresses in 3 rooms. For an average of $165.00 per night I would have expected more. Obviously we did not stay. They would not credit our credit card that night, told us to return the next morning. In the morning, said they did not have time to deal with our problems at that time, wanted us to return yet again. Third time was a charm, and we did get all but [...] charge back.

We were very happy with this hotel for the price. The only draw back is the small pool and the free breakfast. You will want to go out for breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Also, there is no night life in this town except the two country shows, the passion play and a few bars.

The Days Inn in Eureka Springs is nothing special but it did the job just fine. All I required was a bed, a bathroom and a shower. All were provided. The desk clerk at check-in was friendly, albeit a bit odd (which we appreciate). The rooms were kept clean enough. The location was great for the convention we attended. The cable did go out on of the nights but I don't watch TV and it was a non-issue. There was nothing outstanding (positive or negative) about the motel. I'd consider staying again.

Had everything you could need for a calm, over night stay. I liked the simple breakfast they served and it was quiet...which I like.

The clerks at the front desk exceeded expectations. They went out of their way to point us in the right direction in regard to entertainment, transporation, dining, etc. We ran into one of the clerks downtown and she gave us even more tips on where to get on the trolley and where to get off. They were very friendly. The room was great. It was very clean and cozy. I plan on going back for return visits.

I like the fact that the jacuzzi sweet was not in the hotel and that they do not allow kids in the sweets so on our romantic getaway we did not have to worry about kids running around and making noise. It was nice that the sweet faced the woods it was very pretty and you could see alot of wildlife. It was also very convinent that there was a path down the stairs from us that took you right to the downtown major shopping and dinning area so we didnot have to use the car much. The hotel was very quiet for having alot of people and the bed was very comfortable and huge. Every thing was very clean and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi alot.

The first thing I noticed about this little motel was the huge smile at check-in. It was refreshing after a long drive to encounter a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice-sized and very clean. The pool was a bit small but served its purpose. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
