Great service at an average facility.
After checking in we found the hvac unit to be malfunctioning. The desk clerk was very understanding and moved us to another room. His demeanor and friendliness was above average and hence the good review for the hotel.

Michaelangelo's Italian Restaurant. Straight down Oak Street from the hotel just before you reach Toad Suck Square. Great food and service.

Best Western Conway
Just a one night stay but very good nights sleep. Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. There were four pillows on each bed and I would love to know what kind of pillows they were so I could purchase them for home. The interstate was close and could've been a little noisy but the air conditioner was on so the room was quiet and, another plus to me, the room was dark. The advertisement online was "full breakfast" although it was a deluxe continental breakfast. A little better than most continental breakfasts but a little deceiving. Overall a great hotel!

Nice and Quiet
The Best Western in Conway, Arkansas was very clean and comfortable. We stayed after a University of Central Arkansas football game and found the area to be very quiet. The staff was nice and eager to please.

Very comfortable
The Best Western at Conway, Arkansas was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and larger than most. My two favorite features were the bed and the shower. The mattress was as comfortable as our bed at home. I know that's hard to believe, but it truly was. The shower head...well, let's put it this way, I've got to have me one of those. I had a terrible catch in my neck, and the massaging shower head and good hot water actually took care of it. An added surprise was the excellent breakfast provided the next morning. We definetely will stay there again.

Room to improve
The Best Western of Conway was not up to our expectations or standards.The bed was uncomfortable. We could feel the springs of the mattress as we slept. There was not an elevator in the building. This would have been an issue if we needed assistance getting to the second level. The tub did not drain very well. During showers water would collect in the tub and fill 6 - 8 inches covering our ankles and lower third of our shins. The door did not fit very well in the door frame, therefore leaving a gap around the door. This gap allowed a breeze to come through the door. Complimentary newspapers from a reputable source would also be a nice touch.
