This property was newly constructed in 2008 and is part of the Wyndham Hotel Group. It is conveniently located approximately 1/2 mile from I-540. Shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and other local attractions are just down the street and we are 2 miles from Wal-Mart home office. Good location

Located enough off hwy 72 so the noise level is not an issue. Has been remodeled and everything is in super condition. Excellant breakfast. Staff will help make your stay a good experience. Will stay here again next year. This visit was 4 days.

AWESOME SERVICE

I went online to read some customer reviews before booking my reservation at this hotel, and some of them didnt inspire me to stay there, but for the price, I decided to book anyways and I dont regret it. Had a great experience @ the Microtel Bentonville AR, Hot breakfast every morning, housekeeping service was great and a great location, close to everywhere, While I was there was told that they were under new management (that explains a lot) I WILL GO BACK AGAIN....SOON

it was okay

We weren't there for anything but sleep, but it was nice to have a simple hot breakfast available.

What you really need.?

. What do you really need when you travel? We got a very clean room. Even though it was full every night there was no noise at all. The staff was helpful with directions when needed. The "hot" breakfast wasn't the best but the room cost was so low that we could afford to eat just down the street. Thumbs up.

Bentonville is on one side of Interstate 540 and Rogers AR on the other. If you're looking for cheaper rooms try Bentonville.

Good Stay

Would stay here again

The hotel had everything we needed for our three-night stay. The room was clean and attractive and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful when we needed recommendations on where to eat. The location was convenient to the interstate and there was a wonderful restaurant close by, Copeland's, which had outstanding food. We always try to stay in a Microtel when we travel.

Clean and pleasant

Lovely (for price) new hotel. Definitely budget, but all you need. Paid $35. Pleasant experience overall They have no recycling and use styrofoam. Blast the AC in room when out. Shameful, but it is Arkansas (and im from CA) There's a powerhouse gym nearby you can pay by the day for ($10)
