When we arrived they only had 1 reservation under my name. I had booked 2. Check in was awful. They had to locate another room, which they finally did and we lost our dinner reservations because of this. Why don't you tell the people they allow pets. Dogs barking, cats meowing. This is not good for sleeping especially when I have a disabled person with me.

It would have been a grat trip except that the hotel did not have our handicapped suite ready for us. It has been booked by someone else.There was not room at any of the lower floor rooms. This hotel does not have an elevator.[...] Very disappointed that we had to stay at a lower class hotel.Very disappointed!

When I arrived to the room, I was startled because the bed looked as if someone was still sleeping in it! It turned out, housekeeping must have missed the room somehow. It was 12:30am at this point and my children were quite antsy and I was upset. We were given another room on the 1st floor with 2 beds instead of the queen studio with the let-out couch. The room reaked of deodorizer and cigarette smoke. My youngest is asthmatic so this was a problem. When we pulled back the blanket to check the bed, there were stains that appeared to be dried blood in at least 2 spots. In the rest room, there were blue stains on the counter which i cleaned myself. To top it all off, there were what appeared to be pubic hair stuck in one of the drying towels. Because it was so late, my husband and I wrapped our children in their own blankets and put them on their own pillows and covered the mattress with our own clothing so they could rest. We didn't sleep very well at all on top of our clothes, with our children in the bed. The next morning, early, we packed our things, checked out and notified the manager of what we found. He seemed ginuinely mortified of our findings and agreed to give us a refund. The customer service from the office staff was great, however, they really need to upgrade the cleaning staff it seems. This was very poor, very, very very poor.

room had smell of cheap room freshener, probably had guests with pets at some point, no shampoo or other toilet amenities, no bedsheets/covers for pull out bed.

Room very outdated. Left over coffee from previous guest in pot. Bed was very hard, Had to call to get sheets and pillow for couch. No amenities except for 1 shampoo and coffee. No hair dryer. Next pm, still coffee left in pot from am. No pool and never found jacuzzi. We needed to refrigerator to keep food for a fundraiser cold, but if u do not need that or an oven, opt for a better quality hotel.

Terrible! The only positive is the night front desk staff.

First, I booked a NONSMOKING w/2 queen beds and was given a room w/double beds and wreaked of cigarette smoke so strong all my luggage now smells. I had to get up early and go sit in my car to get fresh air while my husband and daughter got ready because my head was pounding from result of smoke odor. The room was filthy. Stains on sheets, grime in corners of bathroom floors and creases of cabinet doors, back lid of toilet (yuk!) and only 1 of the 5 vanity lights in bathroom worked. My daughter and I actually wanted to sleep in the car but my husband said no (for safety) and only reason we stayed was we called around and there was no rooms in entire city. As for safety, all exterior doors were left open and you didn't even have to have anything to get in. Felt very unsafe as my daughter and I were walking from the very back building where you have to inconveniently check in, and then walk back to the front bldg to room. We worried so much about bed bugs we didn't sleep at all. The entire MOTEL smelled bad. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Asked for money back because it was not what we booked but manager did not call us back.

check in staff and rest did not care if I was a guest or not, treated me like another number in the hotel. key did not work along will several guests. hotel was cheap for a reason, it is a cheap hotel, but you get what you pay for and would do it again

Paid an up-charge for a non-smoking room...checked in late and tired after 5 hour drive in pouring rain...room smelled bad but too tired to fight...realized before checkout that room was NOT non-smoking...ashtray was even on the desk...so at checkout I complained...clerk said he'd "try" to get management to give me a call but that he couldn't "fix" the problem. It's now been over 24 hours and no call...guess they're not interested in repeat customers.

The hotel was located in a perfect area. It would have been nice if we utilized the kitchen accommodations. There was a microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc. [...] We got in very late and were so exhausted we chose not to complain.It did however have a stale smoke smell. On the second day we had no maid service for some reason and had to get towels at 11pm after the wash was done.
