Unacceptable and Dissatisfied
Upon arrival around 11:30p, They did not have my reservation. When responding to the rate quoted, The night clerk wanted to go up on the rate when I replied I was paying with cash. I have worked in the hospitality/hotel business before and that was not business. I was very dissatisfied and would like my 2.00 dollar refund for unsatisfied customer.
