Graduation Weekend
I have stayed at the hotel in the past but it has been several years. The hotels needs some attention. I had two rooms for two nights and had problems with the door keys/cards everytime I left and came back. The toilets in both rooms 'ran' all night. The issues made the stay less of a value than I was expecting.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I made the reservation for three nights but only stay two. I was told to contact you about the that fact and that you would reimburse me for the last night I did not stay.
