very second rate, didn't expect a hidden bed in the wall that when pulled out filled the room.location good,on the beach,pool etc. building a little old. extra charges from the real estate company adds to the all ready to high price, and they do nothing for you.

The pools and access to the beach was great. Good and safe parking. Room needed some repairs like new blinds and cracks in the wall. Did have washer/dryer.

Our condo was beyond the most horrible place I have ever stay at. My husband refers it to a horrible hotel times 3. It was loud, the bed was broken, the comforter was musty and nasty- had cigarette holes, and stains all over it. The dryer didnt dry anything. The kitchen appliances were all ancient. The shower head had a part missing and it would hardly spray, kind of a mist. The sliding door wouldnt lock. We had a tube tv and the remote was duct taped. All in all, I was very diappointed with the money that we payed for our condo. I would not recommend this condo service to anyone. Besides the condo the beach was beautiful.

So we reserved a condo at this facility through Orbitz. We were worried from other reviews that lots of extra fees were going to be added and the room would be old and nasty, but none of that was true. We had to pay a $30 fee for parking and clean-up and the room was awesome. However, we were in a different building than the one we had originally reserved. Essentially you're reserving a condo from the Sugar Sands realty company, not necessarily one from this building. So, the room was great, but you might want to call ahead to make sure you know where you're staying!

Orbitz did not tell us that when we checked in there would be an additional 150 fee collected. Orbitz did not include this cost in their price which made our condo seem like a good deal, which it wasn't. The private beach was nice but the condo rooms sucked.

Was there for a wedding and beach R&R. Weather was great. Room was a bit dated.

Enjoyed a beautiful balcony over looking the beach. Had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Rented two tennis rackets and tennis balls to play on the courts. Kitchen was small, but had the essentials. I love cooking, so I would've enjoyed a more adequate kitchen setup and supplies. Also, the carpet sometimes felt gross-but socks/sandals/slippers remedied this. This was one of the most relaxing and peaceful vacations I have taken. Will definitely go back!

THE CONDO WAS NOT CLEAN AND GAVE US A VERY UNCONFORTABLE FEELING. THE REALTY COMPANY WAS NOT INFORMATIVE OR HELPFUL IN ANY WAY. THERE ARE LOTS OF NICE HOTELS IN THE AREA THAT I WOULD CHOOSE WHEN I RETURN TO THE AREA.

We have stayed here before. One time was good, the other times not so good. Floors dirty, dusty all over. The recliner arm was broken & loose from the chair upon our arrival. It would have been obvious if someone had cleaned the condo, but that had not been done, or had been done very poorly. Several electrical outlets did not work. The towel holder fell off the wall upon it's use. The mop bucket had dust & lint an inch deep in it, as further indication it had not been used. Lint in it was due to the fact that the vent from the dryer emptied straight into the closet. The kitchen drawers were broken. Again, a simple cleaning would have noticed these things.

We were speechless at the room location in the center of a wing facing other rooms. There was one spot in the room if you leaned over to your left looking through the railing you could see a little bit of water. And if you left the curtains open everyone else could see what you were doing in the room. There goes the romance. The owners of the unit did not care to invest in any repairs to the unit. Not what I would expect for the money.
