Definitely needs improvement
It could have been so much better however all the small disappointments added up. The staff that greeted us was nice and did let us check in a couple hours early which was greatly appreciated however... 1. The indoor hottub had been down for what appeared to be some time. 2. At first glance the room appeared very nice however there was mold in the bathroom and it wasn't clean on the floors or around the toilet. 3. One of the elevators floor was covered in some kind of sticky matter and was not cleaned until I called and complained 24hrs later! And was only half attempted at a proper cleaning. 4. We only ever had one working key to the room and was given an excuse for that as well. 5. Breakfast was lacking. 2/3 mornings there was no fresh fruit because they ran out.

I Stayed at this hotel for graduation at Maxwell and didn't feel this was the easiest place to stay. It's only about 8 highway miles away but not the most convenient place to stay for that purpose.

There were what appeared to be very small bugs(I have pics) Room 232, in the bathroom sink that even after cleaning several times would re-appear. I pray that they were not fleas, which is what they looked like. I told the maids about it but they didn't seem to concerned, almost like it was normal. Never again.

Good Experience
I stayed for four days and I was satisfied overall. When I stayed the first night, I was not too comfortable with the linens on my bed, as I'm very particular and found small things like a couple of eyelashes on my comforter but they immediately changed the linens. The bed was comfortable, the bed linens were high quality, and the decor of the room was beautiful. The wifi came in handy and there was microwave and fridge in the room. I also liked the friendliness of the staff.

Loved the Memory Foam on the beds!
Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fresh and good!
