Ramada Montgomery

The room was a hundred degrees when we opened the door. There was trash everywhere on the property. Trash lined the walkways and stairs to the rooms, I commented to the maid and she just looked at me. Very young, small children were unattended at the pool. The breakfast was taken up without even a statement or offer to us to have more before they took it away. There were hairs in the sink and bathtub when we checked in. There were maitenance men working on the roof while we were trying to enjoy the pool area. The sauna was dirty and needed cleaning.

My family and I stayed yalls motel and the room number was 204 it was unclean, I had to clean the bathroom myself, the main reason we stayed at that motel was to going swimming which we could not use because there was a party going on until 1:00 a.m. in the morning and our room was right next door the music was so load we could not sleep and it was shakeing the walls. The air did not cool at all. We call to the front desk 2 times and stay said they did not care because we booked the room online. We were very disappointed and no one seems to care.

We just traveled cross country and this was by far the most disgusting place we stayed. There is no way this deserves the 3 star rating it now displays. After pulling up to our first floor motel room, upon opening the door we were blasted by the humidity and heat coming from the room. We turned on the falling-apart AC unit that was visibly full of dirt, crumbs, buttons and other miscellaneous items from previous occupiers of this miserable room. Despite the sound of a jet entering our room, by dawn it was much cooler outside than in our room. Unfortunately the window in the room does not open. At least the AC drowned out the crickets that were in there from keeping us up all night. We also chose to keep our shoes on since the carpet was wet possibly due to the high humidity and possibly due to the huge gap between the door and the frame. This could have also been the source of the crickets, or maybe the 1" gaps between the pipes and the gypsum board or any of the numerous other holes in the walls in the room. The ripped and dirty curtains to the room didn't close all the way, allowing us to see our neighbors truck parked in front of their room from our bed and the internet did not work as was falsely advertised. In the morning, to top off the experience, the coffee maker was missing the pot and the grounds tray. I was also sick by morning, most likely because of the thick layer of mold that most likely lurks underneath that nasty carpet.

it was not good i was upset beacuse i paid extra for a pool but never used it because they closed it the day before and i want my money back

wasn't anywhere near a 3 star hotel. the room smelled aweful, the door wouldn't close unless you kicked it, there was nasty hair all over the bathroom... however, the worst thing was the car alarm every 5 minutes for an hour starting at 1:30am, & the gang bangers fighting right outside my door, & when I called the front desk about it the guy didn't speak English & had no idea what I was trying to tell him. I almost called the police, but my wife insisted that I just stay out of it. the comotion ended just before 3 am, atfer which we were able to get some sleep. the bed was comfy.

There were no first floor rooms available, I was told because they had some type of group that requested first floor only, however there were few cars in the parking lot. We carried all of our stuff up the stairs (no elevators) to the room to find that it had 14 sink tops on the beds and floor, we brought all of our stuff back down the stairs to the car and went back to the office and told them that the room they gave us was a storage room, they told us that it was not a storage room and they were not aware that the workers had started sink restoration on the second floor. at that time they told me that sink restoration was the reason why there were no 1st floor rooms available. The second room assigned was again on the 2nd floor and it was the dirtiest room I had ever seen, I needed to put a towel on the desk chair before I could sit on it, we were fortunate that we had our own bed linens, there was mold on the shower curtain, food products on the side of the television, the toiled seat was dirty, the room smelled. The pool was closed, the common areas were like a sauna. The continental breakfast was not worth eating and the milk was not only at room temperature but it had clumps in it. Honestly the best part of the stay was leaving.

Laundry facility small and dirty. Out of two washing machines only one worked. What they call a business center is nothing more than a wall cut out. People would leave their old papers on the computer desk and you had to move it to make room for your things. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I could not in my right mind, stay at this hotel again.

I'm surprised that the Ramada Hotel organization has allowed their name to continue to be used. It's very tired and worn. The swimming pool was empty, the exercise room had a stench, thesecurity latch on our door fell off from loose screws, there was rodent excrement in one of the coffee cups in the room.

Motel room had a smell, room color was to bright {neon yellow}, drunk people all in parking lot at night!

I was disappointed with the accomodations. The room was vintage 1980. The towels were dirty. I checked in very late and was too tired to complain. The pillows were nice but that was about it. I wasn't expecting a palace, but it was not a very nice room.
