No value is worth the mess

The first room given to me smelled like cat urine and was dirty. The next room I was given was a nonsoking room with cigarette burns on furniture and in the bathroom. Someone else's hair was in the bathtub. The air conditioner was substandard and it took almost 3 hours of running it on high to make the room bearable. The soap was so old it crumbled when I opened the package. They triedto charge my credit card twice.
