Not an Authentic Baymont

My hotel of choice when traveling is Baymont Inn & Suites. However, while traveling in this part of the country, I will NEVER stay at this Baymont again. The room was not as clean as I was used to at other Baymonts. The desk staff was hard to understand and not pleasant. The continental breakfast was not good nor ready at the time it was supposed to be ready. The pool was closed with some unspecified problem and the fitness center was not open for use. Save $50.00 and stay next door at the Motel 6.

Not the greatest...

Good News: room was clean and reasonably priced. Bad news: Pool dirty, room key (card) de-coded itself THREE times. They claimed it must have been too close to my cell phone (which was in my pocket and card was in my purse)and acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to re-code it THREE times. Also, exercise room was "closed for repair" as was the guest washing machine. I spent more time going back and forth to the front desk than one should. I will choose differently next time in Montgomery!

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

Don't ask hotel personnel where anything is, they couldn't understand my english very well and I had the same trouble!
