Conference

The hotel is overall not the most family friendly, but was fine for a bunch of college students trying to stay somewhere cheap for a few days. Not exactly the cleanest or friendliest atmosphere, but it is right next door to a wall mart and a lot of food options.

Wouldn't recommend.

Room didn't feel clean. I reserved a standard king and received a special accessibility room. I didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. I had to switch rooms an hour after arriving because I realized the air didn't work. I moved into another room and when the next front desk employee arrived, she called and informed me that I would have to move rooms again because my reservation was made for one bed not two. That bothered me because originally my reservation wasn't made for handicap accessibility, but that's where they put me. I definetly would not recommend it for anyone especially if you do need a special accessibility room because it will not be comfortable for you. Theres several repairs that need to be made. Oh and also I forgot to mention, when they switched me for the last time, my phone wouldt work. I told them and they told me all they could do was move me to another room. Needless to say I refused and they will not get any more money or time from me. I felt like I should have been the one getting paid!

Not good

Hotel was fine with price value, but I had one of the worst experiences at this one. I checked in late like 3 am and informed at reception that I will be checking out 12:30 pm. The room service kept bothering me in the morning by knocking door so hard and asking when I am going to check out. I told room service that I will be checking out at noon, but still she came back again after an hour and did the same thing. During that hour she kept rolling her room service cart in the hall way and it was too noisey.

Bugs in bathtub!

The hotel is antiquated and needs updating bad. The refrigerator consists on a small dorm room one with a microwave and coffee pot on top.. All three stacked together and not on any sort of table. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and there was a dead cockroach in the bathtub when we checked in. Overall, a $30 motel that cost twice a much.

VERY DISSAPOINTED AT MY STAY AT THE RED ROOF INN

FIRST OF ALL WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO GO TO THE RED ROOF INN AND THAT WAS A MISTAKE. IT STARTED AS SOON AS MY HUSBAND WENT INTO THE LOBBY. HE ASKED FOR A TWO BED ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THE FRONT DESK LADY ON DUTY SAID THAT THERE WAS NON AVAILABLE ONLY KING SIZE BEDS ON THE SECOND FLOOR, SO HE CAME BACK IN THE CAR WENT ON THE INTERNET AND BOOKED A TWO BED ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I ENTERED THE LOBBY AND STOOD THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE FRONT DESK AGENT GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH HER BOY FRIEND. I GAVE HER THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER SHE REQUESTED MY ID AND MY CREDIT CARD, I UNDERSTOOD REQUESTING MY ID BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE BUT I GAVE HER MY CREDIT CARD ANY WAY. SHE GAVE ME THE CARD FOR MY ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITH 2 BEDS. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY UNHAPPY BECAUSE HE FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. WE ENTERED THE ROOM AND THE CARPET WAS FILTHY THE LINEN WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE EITHER, IT HAD STAINS. WE STAYED THE NIGHT GOT UP IN THE MORNING TO CHECK OUT. I WENT TO CHECK OUT AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. I ALSO ASKED WHY THEY REQUESTED A CREDIT CARD AND THE PERSON AT THE DESK SAID THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR THE CREDIT CARD. I REQUESTED A MANAGER TO CALL ME, WHEN I DID RECEIVE THE CALL I GOT NO WHERE I SPOKE WITH MRS. TIPTON GENERAL MANAGER SHE COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME HOW MUCH MY CARD WAS BILLED OR WHY MY CREDIT CARD WAS REQUESTED BY THE FRONT DEST. BOTTOM LINE WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO FIND THIS RED ROOF INN AND WE WERE VERY DISSAPOINTED WE WERE NOT EVEN TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER. SHAME ON YOU RED ROOF INN GOOD BUSINESS IS MORE BUSINESS AND IF YOU WANT REPEAT BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES A LOT BETTER. I HAVE STAYED AT RED ROOF INN MANY TIMES BUT THIS STAY HAS MADE ME THINK SHOULD WE RETURN.

Worst hotel experience in 40 years

Location and price were great. Everything else was horrible. Hotel looked like it should be condemned. Room sheets had makeup on them. Tub had stains on it. Carpet was dirty. Someone was living in their hotel room and a bunch of undisirables showed up to grill and drink. Hard stuff. Radio playing to loud. Felt uneasy just going outside of room. Had reservations for 2 nights. Checked out next day. Hotel told me that I could cancell but would not refund money. Got a different hotel for $10 more the next night. Much better. Surprised that they are still allowed to be booked through this site.

worth the price

Staff was really friendly. Close to shopping and food. No breakfast, just coffee with powdered creamer.
