Hilton Garden Inn Mobile West
Hotel was used as a base for further travel "up Country" to visit with family members. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu was limited but most food was fresh and well prepared and presented. Biggest disapointment was that I was advised that my Hilton Honors status would not be honored since I booked through a third party rather than direct. However, I was subsequently informed that a single exception would be made, and I would be credited for my stay, albeit I was unable to take advantage of my perks as a Gold HHonors VIP, during the course of my stay!

Exactly what you need
the rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the hotel location was perfectly located in between the airport and downtown mobile. the staff was really friendly and accomodating.
