Comfort Inn Mobile

Very convenient stop on the way to New Orleans. Right off the interstate with places to eat near by. Nothing special about the hotel but it was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. At the price not a bad place to stay for a night.

we attended a convention at the Mitchelll Center and the hotel was in a great central location. The breakfast was fantastic with a nic variety of food. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked like a dream!

The dust was so thick you could write your name on the furniture; the coffee pot had mold in the glass decanter; the furniture was stained and smelled dusty. The carpet was dirty, it appeared the only vacuuming was on the pathway from the front door to the bathroom. The bad part is this was our second room! The first room they tried to give us smelled as if someone had just thrown up in the bathroom.... disgusting.

Eveything was ok except for the fact there were no elevators to the second floor. This was not good at all for my wife and I. The hotel did provide breakfast for its guests.

The hotel itself was great. It was what my husband and I needed for the weekend (We went to a convention nearby). Very clean...comfy bed...great breakfast (make your own waffles). It was in a good location (right off I-65 between two busy exits). There was a fridge and microwave in the room. My only complaint was the lack of parking. Our room was on the back side on the end. There is only one row of parking spaces for two floors of rooms. We got back fairly late one of the nights we were there and had to park at Cracker Barrel (not far...but there is a steep hill to climb to get to their parking lot and no path). Other than that we were very pleased. I would recommend this hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the clean convenient room. Plenty of soft fluffy pillows, sofa, desk with free in room hs internet connection, microwave and fridge. Free breakfast served in Lobby common area from 6 am to 10 am. Was exactly what I needed while in town on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Walmart Supercenter and just a minute or two drive to large mall among other shopping plazas and restaurants. I will stay here again.

I was very disappointed. I was trying to book into the Comfort Suites for the indoor pool & hot tub; but was booked into the Comfort Inn. I could hear the guy in the room behind snoring; had to find someone to come out and make coffee in the morning; spots on the couch; etc. I will never stay there again. The night front desk person wasn't very helpful; he didn't even know the Mardi Gras was going on and the morning gentleman was more interested in texting then being out front taking care of business.
