room was nice saved money room service wasnt so gd gd breakfast

The bathroom curtain was molded and tub was nasty. The room was not cleaned! Will never go back!

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The chairs had stains all over them. We were given a room and had to request another one because the room had such a terrible odor. The second room still had a bad odor, but not as terrible as the first room. The chairs in the second room also had spots all over them. I tried to make a change because of the conditions, but they were only willing to offer a voucher for future travel. At that point we were very tired and just needed to rest for the drive in the morning. In addition to the poor quality of the rooms the service was horrible as well. The front desk clerk asked for a credit card at check in and I asked about the need for a credit card since the reservation was already paid for. She stated, "That is just in case anything ends up missing in the room." I thought that she just did not have good customer service skills until checkout the next morning when the hotel manager did not even say thank you. I realized that poor customer service was something that is modeled by management. Not only would I not recommend this hotel to a friend, I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy. Don't stay here unless your names are Gomez and Morticia Adams.

The room was filty and the linen looked as if it was never changed.

Pleasant enough on motel row, but address is simply West Service Road off Airport Blvd. A good deal compared to about-a-$100 neighbors. Staff kind of didn't care and our room was left short on towels, but otherwise it was OK.

The room was clean and neat and service was OK. However, the motel's internet ad indicates that the rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator when in fact, they have neither. Brought this to managment's attention and just got a shoulder shrug.

This is a third rate property. The phone in the room did not have a dial tone, there was no wireless internet service (although it was advertised) and there was no TV remote. Beware.

The room was literally dripping with water. We were moved to another room that was better but by the morning all my papers were wet. There was moisture on the furniture. They need a dehumidifier.

This hotel was pretty nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very filling.

The bath towels were very nice & soft. Normally, hotels have thin- cheap- rough bath towels, but not this hotel. Had a huge flat screen tv & was modern. Only thing that turned me off was the stains on the chair/bedspread and I didn't even wanna think about that. The location was close to food & the interstate. It was a great buy for the money, especially since I'm a single mom.
