Super 8 Huntsville

You get what you pay for. Good service, just tough beds and not clean showers. But it was inexpensive, so like i said, you get what you pay for.

We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Breakfast had no microwave. We did have one in our room but we had to carry everything up 3 flights of steps to warm it. Fruit would have been nice. Different foods on somedays would have been nice.

rather disappointed with super8 motel's interior decoration quality and lack of fire safety doors in hallways. bathroom's floor was dirty. avoid room 301 until it's repair should be done.

When I got there I had quite a bit of luggage and there was no elevator so I had to make several trips. The room was cool and it was HOT outside, I appreciated that. I liked that there were cameras for the stairs and the parking lot, that made me comfortable, slightly. There were signs on ALL the doors that said No Smoking, but every day, all day there was the smell of smoke right outside my door and down the stairs. When I arrived their printer was out of ink and I had to come back down to get my receipt. I felt someone should have brought it to me!

I really enjoyed the convenient location near everything. I enjoyed my first experience in Huntsville.

I will not stay there again.

This hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. The entire hotel has an old, musty, stale smell that permeated my clothing during my two-day stay. The carpet is shot. Paint is dingy, glass is dirty. I understand the price point this hotel targets, but at some point you do have to clean the place up. It was inexpensive, so my expectations were not high, but even my modest expectations were not met. I have stayed in hotels near the same price point that were clean. Also, beware: Doors at either end of this hotel are not locked at night.

I didn't like the hotel. The advertisement on your site was deceiving. The hotel was like a homeless shelter. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and I even discovered a soiled sanitary tampon underneath the bed. I slept with my clothes on. This was the WORSE hotel experience I've had while traveling. I recommend that you take this hotel off your list.

This hotel did not exceed my expectations. It is not new by any means. I did not expect it to be fancy but I did not expect the wall unit to look as if someone had tried to pull it from the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The bathroom was clean but the sink faucet leaked (very upsetting with current drought conditions). Water pressure in shower OK. Bed not very comfortable. Very limited selection for breakfast; would not call it superstart. Hotel is OK if you are on a really tight budget.
