Nothing exemplary
Genial and accommodating staff, yes. Rooms are quiet and grounds are clean. Shuttle from airport is nice; the trip will take about a half hour from door to door. You'll lose at least another half hour waiting for them if you wait until landing before placing your request for pickup. Many will appreciate the generous continental breakfast fare.

Wedding in Hoover
Great hotel …not too pricey Close to shopping and great restaurants. Quiet and clean. Bed and pillows not as comfortable as home … There is no place like home, however I would return to hotel for it’s convenient location and courtesy team!

Hyatt Hoover
Easiest check-in/check-out ever. Super quick and easy. The hotel was nice--open, airy lobby, always a friendly staff member nearby. The rooms were quite comfortable--and large. (If only the TVs had Comedy Central!) Pool and pool area were nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and hot, but I could've done with more protein.

Hyatt Stay
Stayed at the hotel for a single night. Upon checking in I was greeted by a nice woman who explained everything I needed to know. She was very friendly upon my arrival. I did have an issue with my door not unlocking properly, but it was only a minor issue. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom needs updating. Room was right next to the elevator which was disturbing at times due to the traffic up and down stairs. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a different receptionist who was not as friendly as the first. She asked if I was disturbing her by wanting to check out from talking with her coworkers. I found her to be rude. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. It is located nearly the interstate which cuts down on travel.

Great option
One night and was very clean and an adequate continental breakfast. Very up to date except maybe the tub. Will stay here again when passing through Birmingham.
