Great Staff
I called ahead to see if there were rooms and the staff was very friendly and said to come on in. When we arrived he was just as nice and helped us book the room through the hotel computer to get the best rate. Comfortable bed and quiet HVAC. Good, safe location.

Great Hotel
This hotel was wonderful! The room was very clean and beautiful. The room was very spacious. The hotel was easy to find and near lots of great shopping and dining. The pool and hot tub were in the middle of the hotel. The hotel was built around the pool. The pool was gorgeous and clean. The hot tub was very large and wonderful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of traveler!

Room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. Only thing missing was that there was suppose to be a mini fridge in room. In general room was nicer than expected would stay there again. Mall, movie theatre, dining all within a mile.

Good Location
It was not easy to get to our room. There was only one elevator and it was at the opposite end of the hotel. The hallway carpets looked dirty. However, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room faced the road and you could hear traffic noise.

Visitor to Bham
quiet time
The staff was professional, but not very personable at check in and check out...no smiles, no "how are you?" Just very business like! The room was great, very clean and quiet even though it was close to pool/whirlpool. VERY comfortable bed!!

Jim and Nick's BBQ is right next door and has GREAT food...try the cheese biscuits, BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, chocolate pie!!! You'll love it!

Front desk attendant was not friendly. The mattress on the sofa bed and the extra bed sheets had a red stain. Room was not very clean.
