Great first visit to Gulf Shores, AL
Front desk staff was great and helped with directions. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Excellent place to stay. I ran in the Inaugural Gulf Shores,Al Half Marathon and this hotel is just minutes away from start/finish line. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel

Lovebird couple
AMAZING STAY!!!!!
We went to Gulf Shores for our wedding anniversary, and this hotel was nothing short of what we expect from a Holiday Inn. It was in a great location, short drive down to the beach and also a short drive to Foley for all of the shopping and eating you can ask for. We didn't have much experience with the staff but they seemed more than helpful. We will be returning with our 3year old and 1year old before the summer is over, and will most definitely be staying here again!!!!

The beaches are the best but if you want to have a little quieter spot go down to the state park, it was not as crowded as the public beach in Gulf Shores.

Amazing Time!
The hotel was nice, we were greeted when we walked in the door. [...] Went upstairs to our room and it was beautiful! The room was a king size bed and very spacious. Probably the biggest room I have been in. It was clean, the bathroom was clean and very well kept. In the morning the breakfast was amazing! It was like actually eating a meal you would eat at home, not just muffins, bagels and bananas. I will definitely be staying here again!

OK location
We were there to enjoy a dinner at Lambert's Cafe and see the beach. It is located close enough to both locations. Comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. Beautiful granite shower and counter top in bathroom. Would definitelty stay again and encourage anyone to do the same.

Disappointing Anniversary
Less than the best
For the price paid for a hotel suite to celebrate a wedding anniversary, the hotel room was small for a king bed suite, noisy adjacent rooms, not cooled in all areas, poor tv reception and choices of channels, extra charges for what should be standard items, bathroom small for a suite. Not a 3 or 4 star hotel.

lots of shopping .....best buy was at the Coleman outlet store....and the Tool Store in the same complex.

Advertised as within walking distance of the beach. Not so. About 5 long blocks. But beach was not crowded when we were here. Direct access to beach parking by car. Enjoyed the stay.

What a great hotel !
This hotel was great. We stayed in a double queen bed suite and it was excellent. The beds were so nice and the room was so clean and roomy. I was a little nervous when I saw our room was right next to the elevator, but it was really quiet and we had no problems with noise at all. It's really close to The Wharf, where we attended a concert. Check in was super fast. We would not think twice about staying here again.
