Country Hearth Inn Gulf Shores

This was one of the last places that had available rooms for the Hangout music festival. Pretty pricey because of the circumstances of the event that weekend, but the room was clean and it was close enough to the Hangout. Positive experience, nothing special.

This hotel is at a great location, what's great is that it's very cheap but also know that you won't get all that fancy stuff. It has everything you need to make it comfortable.

Check in was quick & easy, location was close to The Wharf in Orange Beach & LuLu's which was great. Room was clean & basic. Overall, it was a good experience!

I have stayed in better places for lots less.. It is a party place, not for a family

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. Very enjoyable experience. Will stay there again.

Our first room was located in the back rear corner. The carpet was wet and the room had a horrible smell. They gave us another room it too was located in the back. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. All other cars were parked in front but our room was in the back. You could see under the door and we had to put a towel down to keep ( things ) out!! Room too much The kids were content with playing video games. Carpet was too dirty to be cleaned needs replacing. Had planned on staying too nights but cancelled second night and went to another hotel that was AWSOME!!! I would not recommend this ( Motel ) not hotel to my worst enemy. Also house keeping came around too early (@ 8:30) with a child. I guess she couldn't find a baby sitter.

The hotel location is awesome!!the staff was nice and the rooms are awesome ! However though i do have one dislike and that was the carpet in my room. The carpet need to be clean ,very dirty! Beside the carpet, the best place to stay if you ever want to visit gulf shores!!!!!!!!

I absolutely hated this trip due to the room we stayed in. We counted approximately 14 bugs (roaches) in our room. There was nasty mold in the bathroom. The room was filthy when we arrived. Bad odor, although it was a non-smoking room. I had to go and get a vaccum from the office and vaccum myself because the floors were filthy with visible trash and dirt. This wasn't a trip for me to clean, it was supposed to be vacation. If I wanted to clean, I would have just stayed home. We had to change our own sheets. One particular nosey maid kept staring through our window at us. The maids were awful. We had NO "do not disturb" signs in our room, therefore we got woke up early to a rude maid after driving a 10 hour trip to get there. WE WERE TIRED!!! She got rude because there was no sign on the door, which we had no sign in our room, to put on the door. What was we supposed to do, make our own? My husband cut his foot, (which brought blood) on a sharp object pertuding up in the kitchen area. The burners on the stove would not even boil water, therefore we had to go and buy a $40 crock pot skillet to cook our food. We just did not have a good experience on this trip except for the time we spent out of this room. The hotel manager has all of the complaints wrote down and pictures have been made. I would love to get a full refund or promised a better hotel for 2 nights the next time we come back, which we are planning to come back before summer ends. The $200 + we spent for 2 nights on this room, we could have got something a whole lot nicer and would have had a better trip. Thank you NaTosha Davis

We got there at midnight the day of our wedding and there was no one there! Sat there for almost 2 hours and noone ever showed up when called the next day the attendent at the desk said there was someone there the whole night which was not true I have pictures and a manager from the hotel next door that can confirm that the office was locked and the lights where off and it has a sign in the door that even says 24 hour service.
