Boardwalk is a beach front property offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Amenities include- Outdoor pool, sunbathing deck, BBQ area, cable TV, Internet access, full kitchen and furnished balcony. Boardwalk is located close to local restaurants and shopping and is next door to the famous Sea and Suds restaurant. Enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of a home away from home at Boardwalk in Gulf Shores. If arriving after 5pm, please call 251-968-7158 in advance to make after hours check in arrangements. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Please note that the following resort fees will be collected at check-in- 1 Bedroom - USD 183.35 2 Bedroom - USD 200.00 3 Bedroom - USD 216.65. Housekeeping includes departure cleaning only. Check-in location is at 3639 Gulf Shores Parkway. Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm on your scheduled arrival date. Front desk hours are daily from 8am to 5 pm. Please wait until then to come to our office. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 3pm. Please be patient should this occur. Please notify us at 1-251-968-7158 if you plan to arrive after 5pm to make arrangements for a late check-in. Upon your arrival, your accommodations packet will be in our convenient late check-in box. A visit to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach offers the perfect balance of non-stop activity and lay-around-doing-nothing time. Whether you are interested in spending your vacation golfing, fishing, shopping or visiting important places in history, you can do it all in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

$150 maintenance and cleaning fee?

The condo overall was ok. It was very clean, decor was a little cheesy and not very modern. What really bothered me was that when we got to the condo, the lady at the desk told me my balance was $150 for "cleaning and maintenance" fee. We were not aware of any other fees and I have never had this happen before. I will most def do my research next time.

Unacceptable

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned prior to our stay. There was used soap in the shower. The drain hadn't been cleaned out and the bathtub would fill up while trying to take a shower. The elevators were extremely slow and smelled horrible. At some times, the smell was unbearable. There was minimal parking with additional parking across the street. However, the parking across the street fills up. It was frustrating searching for a parking spot. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
