Nice Hotel
Convenient location, room very clean and spacious, good breakfast. Only negative experience was the air condition would not cool the room to a comfortable temp.

Great bang for your buck!
King suite, smoking, stayed 3 nights, pool. The good: excellent customer service; spacious room; comfortable beds; spotless room; clean facilities; friendly staff; hassle-free wifi. The bad: My room was not ready when I arrived at approx. 3:30pm, and wasn't ready until 4:30pm. (But the staff kept smiling and chatting until the room was complete, which made the wait just fly by--and that's where good customer service training comes in!) This hotel is conveniently located at the end of I-59, in Attalla, AL (Gadsden, AL). There are many restaurants within a one mile radius: Ruby Tuesday's, Cracker Barrel, Austin's Steakhouse, Subway, a Chinese restaurant, Arby's, Dairy Queen. There are also gas stations, a Wal Mart, a bank, Dollar Tree, etc. If I am ever back in the area, I WILL be staying at this Best Western Plus! There is a Hampton Inn next door, and I've stayed there before, but had to pay TWICE the price for a less than satisfactory stay. Way to go, Best Western Plus!

Very Nice
I was here on business. Very surprised at the quality of this hotel, since Best Westerns can be icky. This one seems fairly new and the room with double beds is enormous. Excellent choice with several food places around and a walmart directly across the street.

no hot water? really??
The hotel was nice enough, however when I went to take a shower late at night the water temperature went ice cold. The desk wasn't able to get the hot water back online, but they did offer to move me to the floor below(whether or not that floor had hot water is beyond me, I don't know why one floor would and another wouldn't)

Friendly staff
Close to Biltmore, which was purpose of our trip. Staff courteous and helpful with directions. We were there only one night but would recommend this hotel to others.
