Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Foley

The staff was always courteous and helpful. The room I had was totally clean.

The hotel was nice. I thought it could have been a little cleaner than it was. The bed was comfy although the pillows could have been a little firmer or more of them.

Excellent vacation other than room assigned to us. Next to laundry room and elevator, all hrs night and day - most inconvenience at night while we were trying to sleep. Very nice pool amenities, staff very friendly,

I went to Foley on business and booked a room through [...]to get a great price. the room was nice and clean and even though the hotel is an older hotel it was in very good shape. The staff was very pleasent.

We were in Foley to shop a couple of days and need a place to spend the night between shopping days. Check in was fine until we got to the room to find that the deadbolt did not work. We asked for another room where the deadbolt would work on the front of the building. Staff gave us one on the front on second level with no problem. We went unpacked went back shopping and returned to find the door to this room need adjusting or weather stripping because cold air was seeping in around the sides and the temp was expected to drop to the mid 20's and was around 35 at this time. We just turned up the heat in room and made do, we were tired. Also key did not work properly. That mornings breakfast was horrible. Bitter/tart tasting orange juice that I couldn't drink,little square waffles some other things such as muffins. Not what I expected after some info on hotel say they have full breakfast. Not my idea of a full breakfast or what a lot of hotels serve for full breakfast. Price was fine. Experience was not. Wi-fi didn't work also. Will not return or recommend to others.

Very courteous staff. Went out of their way to retrieve a lost item for us. This hotel has very comfortable beds, which is tops when on the road.

This was a great hotel for the price. It was less than 1 mile from Lambert's and Walmart and 10 minutes from the beach. We arrived before check in time and they allowed us to check into our room anyway. There was an ice machine, laundry room, and vending machines on our floor. There was a fitness room with about 7 different machines (didn't use). The continental breakfast was excellent, including: biscuits and gravy, muffins, 3 different cereals, toast, bagels, waffles, bananas, coffee, tea, and juices. They had the good kind of cream for the coffee in a silver serving dish and it was so yummy. I really enjoyed the breakfast! The room was clean, beds had nice and contemporary bedding with good pillows and nice clean sheets. There was a coffee service in the room with cute little to go coffee cups with lids. The TV was a flat screen TV and there was a nice sized refrigerator with microwave too. There was an ironing board and a wooden fold-able device to hang wet clothes. The pool area was very nice, including: a small kiddie pool, a regular size pool, and a hot tub. It rained the majority of our stay, but the time we were there, it was clean and well kept. Very nice hotel for the price!

Very nice updated Econo-Lodge, wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. Room was very clean and bed really comfortable. Only negative is they were sold out of non-smoking rooms, otherwise would have made it a perfect stay. Biggest mini-fridge i've seen in a budget hotel chain. Would stay there again for sure.

THE HOTEL WAS DOING SOME REPAIR WORK IN A ROOM BELOW THE ONE WE WERE IN,AND IT WAS VERY,VERY NOISY. I COMPLAINED TO THE STAFF, AND WAS TOLD "WE ARE NOT GOING TO STOP THE CONSTRUCTION,WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANOTHER ROOM,AND SINCE YOU RESERVED THE ROOM THROUGH A THIRD PARTY,WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT.I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN,AND WILL TALK TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT NOT PAYING FOR THE DAY THAT WAS SO NOISY.THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERD BEFORE, AND WAS TOTTALY UNACCEPTABLE.
