Horrible Hotel!!
Hotel did not honor reservation and tried "bait and switch" to gain a $10 per day surcharge. Two rooms we were shown had filthy bathrooms (fecal matter in one). [...]You must not ever stay at this hotel!!![...]

Needs Extreme improvement
I booked a non-smoking room with a king bed. When I checked in I received a double room with the explination that it was all that was left. What is the point of making a reservation for a specific room type if you just get whats left? I make the reservations nearly 2 weeks before my arrival. After the first two nights and a complaint to their coorprate office, they did move me to the smallest and smellyist king room they had.

House hunting trip prior to moving back
I had registered for late arrival, knowing we would not arrive until much later than check in time. We arrived late in the morning the day after the theck in date and were told that there was no guarantee on our room and it had been given to another guest. "But, however, I am going to give you an upgrade at no charge" and we were given the same room I had registered for. The manager suggested that next time we book directly with the hotel because the booking agent ([...], but he never named you) only has a block of rooms and can not guarantee a room suited to our needs. My interpretation was that he indeed was giving us the room we booked through [...], but wanted to discourage the use of money saving agents ([...]). The maid did not speak English - at least only a few words- and when we attempted to have her come later (she was there at 9 am.), we ended up not having service that day[...] but definitely WILL NOT book at this hotel again.Could not connect to WIFI and we got no assistance.

"Good deal for the Price"
The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate the error between [...] and the local system. The reservation for my wife and I was in good order and the room had been remodeled. The room for our children was not ready and they substituted a larger room, but it was clearly a smoking room that was basically uninhabitable for non-smokers.The staff was courteous, attentive and willing to work with us. When you are seeking to save a few dollars this place is it.

Hotel fine, [...]
This hotel was great and all was good [...] and could have saved more than $30 with a travel coupon I picked up at the rest area! So the only price assurance I got was paying way more than I needed to for this room!

Great Antique Mall just down the road called Land of Cotton. A great way to wind down and spend some time.

Staff not helpfull
The staff was very rude,the room was small and on the second floor. The furniture was very old and there were visible repairs and old holes in the walls.
