For the Price - perfect
This was an extremely clean hotel. The rooms were large with a nice sitting area with couch. The staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again

Great value
This property is a hidden treasure--a bit hard to find behind the Regions Bank and the McDonald's at the I-10 Malbis (Rte. 181) exit in Alabama. But it's worth the search. Staff was wonderful, rooms are spacious and well designed, the bed was cozy, and the free breakfast was always appreciated.

There's a huge new shopping center across the street, and a great golf course (TimberCreek) one stop-light away.

my sister and i enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! we loved it. we loved the location with all the shopping right around there! we also went to the beach while there which was awsome! all in all it was a perfect trip. thanx to the great job this hotel did.

Travel Too Much
Don't Go Hungry to Breakfast
We were there on business. The hotel was clean and the staff was mostly friendly. We were busy and the only time we were there was for breakfast and to sleep. The breakfast was a total disappointment. We had to wait all five days of our stay for the person to put food out. She would put out enough food for five people and there would be twelve waiting. when I asked her to put out more so we wouldn't have to wait, her response was she didn't want the food to go to waste. I had to ask for milk every day, coffee, bread and of course eggs and meat. One day she combined the eggs and meat and scrambled it so it would go farther. Cheap thinking, expensive rates.

Great Stay
Staff was very polite and friendly. When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping but after phoning front desk we were moved to another room. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. I couldn't have asked for much more than this.

The Perfect Getaway
I had a very relaxing weekend getaway. I shopped, pampered myself, and got some much needed rest. If there was a restaurant inside of the hotel, it would have been great. This was an excellent trip with plenty of peace and quietness.

Shoppin' Shannon
Nice but LOUD
The hotel is nice and new and in a great location however, the structure was just poorly made and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. We had a couple next to us that argued all night long...and sadly we heard every word (to include the foul language at 4am). The front desk called a couple of times but, it didn't help. Just know if you need complete quiet...this is not the place to stay.

Comfort Suites Eastern Shore
Lightning struck the hotel immediately prior to our checking in, and the air conditioning and phones were out all night. Rooms were very hot, as a result. Staff was trying to cope and was helpful, but not a pleasant stay.
