The owner made me pay with my credit card because he said that that hotel was not accepting this kind of reservation. Even the wife came from the back and reaffirm it. I did not want to argue because sometimes it is very hard to get through some
of the Indian people. But I felt that he tried to "made" me, and I did not like that, I quietly left and got connected with Orbitz and came back to the lobby and a young Indian guy was attending the front desk, I told him my problem and told me that he could not do anything because the owners have not approved this, I put him in contact with the Orbitz operator and she tod him something that he turned around toward me and said"It is going to be alright, I talk to the owner later on". The young man was very nice. The next day the owner gave me back the credit card paper. He did not apologize. Most likely I will never go back there.
