Could do without the roaches

The girl at the counter at check in was great.I went to the room and no heat at all was on.Took me half the night to get it warm as it had been snowing and cold all day.I came to my room the next evening and found neither of my keys worked.I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and get the keys again.The lady at the desk was again very helpful.When I got to the room I flipped on the light and saw roaches on my coffee pot.

Great location

Check in clerk (late night around 11 pm) said it was her first day of work and she didn't know how to confirm a reservation. As she was the only one in the office, she had to call her boss. Not good for such a young lady to be alone and obviously uncertain of herself in this position. As she didn't know how to confirm a reservation (basic task), I would say she was not ready to be on her own. She was not unpleasant as she struggled to do her job.
