Convenient and Courteous

Room was a little warm and the A/C didn't work quite right, but away from the busy parts of town but super close and convenient to Hwy 280. Great breakfast and great staff!

Need a good maintenance person

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and the first room we were assigned had no working TV nor did the phone work. Desk was apologetic and moved us down the hall to another room where everything 'worked'. This room had a light on the wall that had no socket to plug into so it never worked. The toilet seat was very loose on the bowl and upon examination I noted that it had been tightened so many times that the threads were compromised and would not hold tight #plastic bolts#. Maintenance should have been on top of this since it is a nicely located relatively new hotel, but they aren't.

Good for the price

It was well kept and clean (for the most part) however service was not great. Our shower curtain rod was loose and curtain was too narrow. When we asked for it to be fixed, it never was. We never even heard back from them. Also the plugs were faulty and would stop working during the night. Past that, the location was amazing and view was gorgeous. It was worth the price but not much more.

Clean, quiet, good location

Convenient location near Meadow Brook neighborhood off US 280; just a few miles from I-459. My toddler and I were traveling alone visiting a friend and this hotel was convenient to her home and plenty of shopping and restaurants and parks. Our Non-Smoking King room was quite clean and did not smell like they were trying to cover smoke, as is sometimes the case. The continental breakfast left something to be desired, but had the requisite Belgian waffles, toast, cereal, etc. Pool looked clean and well-kept but we didn't use it. The staff left something to be desired. When we checked in the attendant was professional but certainly not friendly. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because it met my main requirements of being clean and well-kept and reasonably priced.

Pretty good for the business traveller

This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the main road while still convenient to restaurants and also main trough fares. Traffic is tough during rush hours (morning and evening) but pretty quiet during the evening and night.

Good for working in town

The hotel is very convenient to restaurants and to major throughfares (traffic is a problem during rush hour). Also, it is out-of-the-way and mostly quiet, however this makes timely access a little bit of an issue.

Great location and clean, with friendly staff. The only issue was the pool was closed and the kids really wanted to go swimming after 12 hours in the car.
