Our TownePlace Suites Birmingham Homewood offers uncomplicated residential living with your budget in mind. This newly renovated hotel provides the things that matter--spacious studio, one and two-bedroom suites, with separate living, work and sleep areas. Stay in one of our guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Located near University of Alabama at Birmingham, we are also near Brookwood Mall and Discovery 2000. Our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day with housekeeping based on length of stay. When it's time to relax, enjoy our exercise facility or outdoor pool. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on premises. This Birmingham Homewood hotel is your simple solution for extended stays., Guest room and lobby/breakfast area renovation December 1, 2011-February 24, 2012. Some noise is possible and lobby facilities may be temporarily relocated. Work hours 8am-5pm.

2 bedroom suite

Room was fine. Insulation not good as whenever anyone upstairs used the bathroom you could hear. Called down to desk twice and phone rang 30 times and then was put on hold for over 5 minutes both times.
