- Concierge Level Rooms are located on the Chancellor Club levels, which are accessible only by private key access. AMAZZZIINNGGG!!!
The outside of the hotel looks a little dated and i was not sure how the inside would be. Not to mention my rate was extremely reasonable. Under $100 so I didn't expect much! TO MY SURPRISE THE HOTEL IS AMAZING! Very clean and comfortable, my puppy was allowed with no hassle or questions asked. The lobby is actually CONNECTED to the galleria mall which is a-a-a-amazing! The hotel is huge so staff is not in your business unless you need them to be. I give it an A++++++++!!!!!!!!!!

Class without a chain
Really nice Hotel connected to the Galleria. Great food and service was fantastic. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

Very Disappointed
I thought I was going to be staying at a luxurious hotel and instead got something sub standard. My original room was dirty, and in desperate need of maintenance. Light fixtures were literally falling off the walls. Management changed my room after complaining and moved me next door to a room with a barking dog. The halls and room had a very strange odor that smelled like chlorine. There was no in-room wifi or business lounge. You had to take your computer and sit in the lobby to do work. The tv appeared to be 20 years old, and neither movie channel worked properly. All-in-all the staff tried to be very accommodating, but there's not much they can do when their facility is in such terrible need of upgrading. I will not ever stay at this hotel again.

Expensive to eat
Hotel is part of a shopping mall with a Macys so that's very convenient. The only restaurant (Shulai)s verity expensive and not worth the cost and you are better leaving the hotel for a meal.

Super comfortable
Very helpful friendly front desk staff. The room was super clean. We requested extra pillows which were brought up without delay. Large bathroom. Great lighting. Very comfortable beds. Could not have done better.
