Stay awhile and save money, too
Stay awhile without the worry of spending too much. Sun Suites of Birmingham, with easy access to Interstate 65, offers budget-conscious travelers simple miniature apartments with free HBO and high-speed Internet access. very nice room w/ kitchenette - great value
The Sun Suites was very comfortable. It was roomy even with the kitchenette. The bed was more comfortable than most. It satisfied our needs during our stay.

Great location and cheap
We stop at Sun Suites for 4 nights and like it. The hotel located in quite place with convinient access to hwy 65, 10 min driving from downtown of Birmingham.

Mini Residence Inn experience
The Kitchenette area was nice with 2-burner stove, a small table with 2 chairs, a microwave, a coffee maker w/ comp coffee and a small full size refrigerator. Some missing items included paper towels and dishwashing liquid. Otherwise, the kitchenette was tidy, efficient with 2 sets of dishes and dishtowels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The location was easy to find. Pretty good for 2 stars. I would stay there again, but would like a slightly lower price.

A surprise for the money
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. The staff is excellent and very friendly, ready to help with whatever you need. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was cold out that day and they had preheated the room for us. Being from south Florida, anything under 70 is cold to us and it was a very nice surprise to find a warm and inviting room when we arrived. We will be staying at this hotel everytime we come to Birmingham. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

Great value
The Sun Suites of Birmingham was a great value. The room was very comfortable and clean. Although my trip was short, this would be a great hotel for an extended stay. The room had a kitchen with table and chairs. The hotel was easy to find, just a few blocks from the interstate.

Very family friendly
Sunn Suites was a very comfortable, peaceful, and friend-loving place to stay. I will and had already recommended friends and family, to this hotel complex.

great for longer stays due to kitchen and availability of shopping centers close by. You could cook your own food and they were very friendly and staff willing to assist.
