Medium hotel for an average cost that needs attention
This was a Christmas shopping trip that turned out to be uneventful. However, when we got to hotel the note on the main door said not to leave anything of value in cars, nor in view, including GPS, fuzz busters, etc.. The indication was that it was not safe and you do so at your own peril leaving items of value. So we had to lug all the Christmas presents and personal items up to the room (on the third floor and by the way no elevator at this hotel). Nothing happened, but it did not feel comfortable, welcome, or safe. Spend a few more bucks and stay at a better hotel. I will next time.

Only redeeming value was that it is within 5 miles of at least five 4 star resturants and within 7 miles of at least 100 top quality shopping locations, including two top of the line malls.

Perfectly serviceable
The guy at the desk greets you with "This ain't no four-star hotel", and he's right. It is a standard Motel 6-like suite. Wireless internet is about 1/2 DSL speed. The place is clean, flat screen TV, small kitchenette.

Stayed here for a night after a grad school interview in Auburn. Common areas are a little run-down, but the room itself was clean and well-kept. Had a kitchenette that would work well for a shorter stay (week or less), but wasn't particularly well-stocked with pots/pans/etc. However, it's located right off a highway with plenty of dining choices.

Nice place
The only thing I found odd was it did not have the freebies every other place always does; shampoo, lotion, etc. And they wanted to charge you for refills of kleenex and toilet paper!

Disappointed.
Dirty and Nasty
I read the reviews which were good before booking, however upon checking in I was deeply disappointed. The hotel was dirty. I didn't want to touch anything in the room or bathroom. The walls were dirty, the carpet was nasty, the washclothes and towels had stains. The location was excellent near shopping, restaurants, interstate, and sites however the tradeoff is not worth it.
