Hyatt Place Birmingham Inverness

Stayed one night for a medical appt. the next day. The room was much larger than I anticipated and was very comfortable and clean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. This was definitely one of the best hotels I have been to and will return again.

Our sleep was interuppted many times; first by the dropping of the dumpster that sounded like it was going to crash into the room, and someone coming all night long to fill up from the ice machine. I had booked two beds, and upon arrival was told none were available. The staff during breakfast service was extaordinary and the food offerings were VERY UPSCALE with many healthy and delicious choices. We would return for another stay if our room was in a different location.

This hotel is amazing!!! The staff was very customer oriented and really took care of their guests. On top of this, the hotel was EXTREMELY nice, especillay for the price paid. Next time I go to Birmingham, this will be the place that I stay!!!! It really doesn't get any better!!

While here for a job interview, if job comes through will definitely be a place recommended for my friends to stay.

We were in town for the Talladega race. It was a bit of a last minute trip so we couldn't get a hotel in Talladega. The drive from Birmingham was not bad at all. It took maybe 45 minutes. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It was very close to many different places to eat. There were even a few that you could walk to.

The room was great! It had a large sectional couch and a big screen tv that you could watch from the couch or the beds. The cleaning staff was great. They even folded some shirts/jackets that we left on the couch. There were only a few (minorly) negative things. One of the desk people was a little incompetent. Also, some of the guests on our wing were noisy, but we were there for the race at Talladega so that is to be expected.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was great, it was over 100 outside so the air conditioned rooms were a blessing. The rooms are very nice, we had a king size bed with a sofa sleeper. There was a small partition between the bed and the sofa so you had a feeling of privacy. Separate wet bar from bathroom sink which was nice since we brought breakfast/lunch with us, so I didnt feel like I was washing our dirty dishes in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, hotel staff was very nice. Overall we had a very good stay, we plan to stay again in October for my sons bday so we can go to Alabama Adventure and the Birmingham zoo which is not too far at all from the hotel.

My family & I had a great experience at the Hyatt Place Birmingham - Inverness. This was my 5th time to stay at this hotel. This hotel is always clean, staff friendly & great location. Very consistent!

The hotel cleaning staff was wonderful. My 1st room reeked of cigarett smoke, the second room had no A/C and they never moved me they tried fixing the A/C they could not so by that time all the hotel had no rooms left. They promised a new room if they could not get the A/C working. There was no management on Staff, the front desk made no attemt promised something they could not do, so my daughter and I had to sleep in a stuffy, hot room on the 6th floor. They brought a fan but it was coated with 2 " of dust and debris. I the manager the next day was pleasant but it was a terrible experience, especially the night before I took my daugther to her game, left the game to make sure we would get a new room, came back that night and they had no room and I had no A/C .
