Absolute DUMP !!!!!!

We are Conveniently Located in the Heart of Birminghams Metropolitan Area, only Minutes Away From Restaurants, Major Sports Facilities, Museums, Shopping Malls, Universities, Hospitals, and Businesses. If you Enjoy Golf then you Will Find our Location in Perfect Proximity to the Famous Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Which is only a Few Miles Away. And for the Shopper in Each of us, the Galleria, Summit Shopping Center, and Brookhighlands are Nearby. Microwaves and Refrigerators available upon request. No pets allowed.

nice stay

the staff are friendly. But no printing service in this hotel for printing boarding pass etc

Disappointed Traveler

The motel looked very nice as we drove up and the lobby was clean and pleasant looking. However, the room was a big disappointment. Although we had requested a smoking room, the smell and musty odor were almost unbearable. Wall lights and pictures were dusty and covered with cobwebs, telephone was filthy, no toilet tissue in room or kleenex in the dispenser. One small bar of soap offered, wet bathroom floor which never completely dried, coffee pot too dirty to dare use.

Great Location for the Price!

The hotel was very convenient to restuarants and shopping. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

decent place

internet was slow, sometimes didn't work. a couple lights did not work. was spacious and roomy. plenty of seating. great location

Horrid place to stay

My wife and I went to Birmingham for a concert and did not want to drive the three hours home afterward. We should have just driven home. The clock radio didnt work, the remote didnt have batteries, the room smelled awful and the bathroom was so dirty we drove home the next morning to shower! The parking is bad, the free breakfast was old and all I heard throughout the night was slamming doors, partying rooms and police sirens. Take the time to find somewhere else to stay...really.

There was a good mall a couple of exits down...it has a hotel attached...Stay there. Great stores and dining. I believe it was the Galleria.

Very family uncomfortable.

Check in was great. That is all good I can say about motel. Ice machine was broken. No lamps would work in room. Mattress had a big hole in it. I slept with my arm and shoulder in hole. Very uncomfortable. Sheets were all flat sheets. No fitted sheets and when you moved the bed covers slid with you. Complained to night clerk when we checked out at 6:00 am and was told she did not know why we were put in this room it was normally reserved for drunks that didn't know any difference.

Nasty hotel
