Good for a quick stay.
The room was clean, you could tell insence had been burned. We had difficulty getting wi-fi the receptionist at the front desk worked on it which helped but it was not consistant. There were no yellow pages in our phone book so she also helped us find a place to eat which was great.

Over Priced for what you get!!
For the price I paid for 2 nights, I seriously should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express... grated the serious was ok and the location wasn't all that bad, the room was a shocker when I realized how it actually looked compared to what I was paying.

NEEDS TO UPGRADE
My room was very crowded and no amendities. They close breakfast too early, didnt get breakfast the only thing they offer. Plus i most definitaly over paid for the room.

I've seen better
No continental breakfast. The beds were gross. They had only a top sheet instead of a fitted so you end up sleeping on a gross mattress. The only good thing about this hotel 5 minutes from the airport. I've stayed with this chane before in other states. This one was a major disappointment.

Wish they would move
Its in the wost part of the city, and not only that the water was cold in the shower, the elevator didn't work, it smelled funny, and it was hot. But for the price, what more could you expect?

Birmingham overnight
No Thanks!
Entering the parking lot I was approached by a vagrant, which startled me. That was my first impression. The front of the hotel was fine but I had to park my car in the back, which was not well-lit. The room itself was clean, but outdated. And the hotel's main areas were clean and well-maintained.

Thrifty business traveler
You get what you pay for.
In reference to the cleanliness of the room, I had no complaints. The amenities were less than desirable but for the price I couldn't have expected much more than I received. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is good for airport travel but not the best area for living around. Without transportation, expect to be in your room a lot. Simply a place to rest for the night then move on.
