Not So Great
Glad that I only stayed one night. The staff were friendly but the room was dirty. Sheets were clean but stuff left under the bed bathroom dirty, floor needed to be vaccumed.

Grumpy
Avoid at all costs
Worst hotel stay of our lives. Had to move rooms because of extremely noisy amorous couple next door. Two very noisy drunks took the room next to us and required multiple calls to the front desk. Then 3 drunk people having a loud argument on the other side of us. Then people having a loud conversation outside the door until we threatened to call the police. Plumbing sounded like a river flowing through the room. The staff was either unable or unwilling to keep their premises under control. Unless you are part of the loud, drunk, obnoxious crowd, avoid this place like the plague.

Good Location
Grand View is located in a very good location and easy to get to and from shopping. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
